出口球墨铸铁管的技术及质量要求
材料要求 Material Requirements
基体材料 Base Material
球墨铸铁等级需符合 EN-GJS-500-7（欧标）或 QT500-7（国标）。
The ductile iron grade shall comply with EN-GJS-500-7 (EU standard) or QT500-7 (Chinese standard).
金相组织中，球化率≥90%，石墨球大小等级为6-8级（依据 ASTM A247）。
In the metallographic structure, the nodularity shall be ≥90%, and the graphite ball size shall be Grade 6-8 (per ASTM A247).

抗拉强度 ≥500 MPa（依据 ISO 6892-1）。

屈服强度 ≥300 MPa（依据 ISO 6892-1）。
Yield strength ≥300 MPa (per ISO 6892-1).
延伸率 ≥7%（标距50mm）。
Elongation ≥7% (gauge length 50mm).
硬度要求
Hardness Testing布氏硬度 130~180 HBW（依据 ISO 6506-1）。

3.1 直径与壁厚
Diameter and Wall Thickness
外径公差：DN80~DN600 ±1.0%，DN700以上 ±1.5%（依据 EN 545）。
Outer diameter tolerance: ±1.0% for DN80~DN600, ±1.5% for ≥DN700 (per EN 545).
壁厚公差：±（0.1t + 0.5 mm），其中 t 为标称壁厚（依据 ISO 2531）。
Wall thickness tolerance: ±(0.1t + 0.5 mm), where t is the nominal thickness (per ISO 2531).
3.2 长度要求
Length Requirements
标准长度 6米，公差 ±50毫米。
Standard length 6 meters, tolerance ±50 millimeters.
表面处理与涂层
Surface Treatment and Coating
外防腐涂层
External Anti-Corrosion Coating
锌层（Zinc coating）≥130 g/m²（喷涂或热浸镀，依据 ISO 8179-1）。
Zinc coating ≥130 g/m² (spray or hot-dip, per ISO 8179-1).
沥青涂层（Bitumen coating）厚度≥70微米，无气泡、无剥落。
Bitumen coating thickness ≥70μm, free from bubbles and peeling.
内衬材料 Lining Material
水泥砂浆衬里（Cement mortar lining）厚度≥3毫米，pH值 9~11（依据 ISO 4179）。
Cement mortar lining thickness ≥3mm, pH value 9~11 (per ISO 4179).
环氧树脂涂层（Epoxy coating）干膜厚度≥250微米，附着力测试合格（依据 ISO 2409）。
Epoxy coating dry film thickness ≥250μm, adhesion test passed (per ISO 2409).
检测与试验Inspection and Testing
无损检测
Non-Destructive Testing (NDT)
超声波检测（UT）全管体扫描，缺陷深度＜壁厚5%（依据 EN 10308）。
Ultrasonic testing (UT) full-body scan, defect depth <5% of wall thickness (per EN 10308).
射线检测（RT）抽查焊缝，符合 ISO 4998 Class B级。
Radiographic testing (RT) spot-check on welds, compliant with ISO 4998 Class B.
压力试验
Pressure Testing
根据ISO2531-1998 / 2009标准要求，每根球墨管进行在线水压试验。
According to ISO2531-1998/2009 standard, each ductile iron pipe needs tested by on-line hydraulic pressure.
标志与文件
Marking and Documentation
6.1 管体标志 Pipe Marking
激光打印（Laser marking）：生产日期、批次号、标准号（如 EN 545）。
Laser marking: Production date, batch number, standard code (e.g., EN 545).
6.2 随货文件
Shipping Documents
材质证明（MTC）、检测报告、装箱单、原产地证明。
Material Test Certificate (MTC), inspection report, packing list, certificate of origin.
包装与运输
Packaging and Shipping
防锈包装 Anti-Rust Packaging
管端保护：塑料盖密封（Plastic end caps）。
Pipe end protection: Sealed with plastic end caps.
防潮膜包裹整体（Moisture-proof film wrapping）。
Moisture-proof film wrapping the entire pipe.
运输要求
Shipping Requirements
散货船装载、集装箱装载：根据订单货量及目的港运输条件等进行运输方式的选择，其中需要选择集装箱运输的订单多采用有效长度5.7米/支的球墨管。
Bulk shipping or container loading: according to the order quantity and the destination port of transport conditions for the choice of transport mode, while need to choose container transport of the order that most of time will use the pipes of effective length of 5.7 meters.

出口欧盟需符合 CE标志 和 PED 2014/68/EU 指令。
Export to EU requires compliance with CE marking and PED 2014/68/EU directive.
